Perovsky Winery – is one of the oldest wineries in the territory of Crimea, where wine culture was founded in the 19th century. Since 2015 the vineyard has acquired a new brand name as well as new winemaker from Bulgaria, who moved Perovsky Winery to a new level to prove that the wine culture in Crimea - is not just a tradition, it is an art.
Perovsky Winery is divided into five areas: production hall, cellars for storing wine, wine tasting room, museum of Perovsky family and vineyards.
Currently the total vineyard area consists of 200 hectares (150 old vines and 50 – young). The average yield is no less than 3 tons per 1 hectare. Red grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir. White grapes: Chardonnay and Aligote.
Wines of Perovsky Winery - is the result of professional team-work headed by the chief oenologist and winemaker- Todor Katsarov. The vineyard range consists of base, sparkling and vintage wines.
